Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with the below: three options for returning items purchased online in order to receive a refund or exchange:

1. Small returns charge of £6.99 towards handling charge and outward freight will be applicable on store purchases within 28 days from the receipt of goods for a REFUND only.
2. By POST to the ENERJ SMART LTD warehouse within 14 days from the receipt of goods for an EXCHANGE only.
3. VISIT the ENERJ SMART LTD Superstore within 14 days from the receipt of goods for an EXCHANGE or a REFUND. All returns subjected to 30% Handling charge (Minimum £9.99) fees towards outward freight and handling charge. Also return freight to be borne by the customer returning the goods.

 

Refunds

The refund process begins with the receipt of the returned item to our warehouse. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider and financial institution, and may take up to three weeks. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Sale Items

Can be returned by post or in-store within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. Items returned can be refunded for the amount paid. Sale items returned after this time are eligible for an exchange only.
