A: You can keep it anywhere on a hard surface. Please ensure there are no flammable objects like curtains etc within its immediate radius of at least 100cms. Also away from walls or other structures for proper air circulation around it.:

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Live View Not Working: Confirm internet connectivity and Wi-Fi signal strength. Update and restart the app if needed.
No Motion Detection Alerts: Activate motion detection in the app settings, adjust sensitivity, and allow app notification permissions.
Extending Battery Life: Lower motion detection sensitivity and live view frequency. Position the doorbell away from direct sunlight and harsh weather.
Video and Audio Quality
Video Not Recording: Insert a compatible microSD card, check for available space, and enable recording in the app.
Poor Audio Quality: Clean the microphone and speaker openings. Test audio in various environments to minimize noise interference.
